Important Instructions:
1. Apply Online: Applications must be submitted on www.mes.gov.pk.
2. Test & Screening: Candidates will be tested at Karachi Center only.
3. Exam Subjects: Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General Knowledge, and subject-relevant topics.
4. Paper Checking: OMR-based objective screening test.
5. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
6. Govt Employees: Must apply through the online portal and submit NOC from the department.
7. Application Fee & Submission: Applicants must deposit the online-generated Challan Form of Rs. 1000/- in all branches of Askari Bank, UBL Omni & Easypaisa. The last date for depositing the fee is 10 April 2025. Bank drafts and postal orders will not be accepted.
8. Age Relaxation Criteria:
Candidates from Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit Baltistan will get an age relaxation of 3 years.
Candidates from Sindh (Rural) and Balochistan applying for BPS-15 and below will get 3 years of age relaxation.
Released or retired Armed Forces personnel will get 15 years or the actual years of service rendered in the Armed Forces.
Government employees with at least 2 years of service on the closing date can avail 10 years of age relaxation.
Widows, sons, or daughters of deceased civil servants who died during service will get 5 years of relaxation.
Candidates qualifying for multiple relaxations will only be granted age relaxation under one category.
9. Age Calculation:
The age will be calculated as of 05 April 2025, which is the last date for application submission.
10. Required Documents for Interview:
Candidates must bring original and attested photocopies of the following documents during the interview:
3 latest passport-size photographs
Attested photocopy of educational qualifications
Attested copy of CNIC
Domicile (verified by the relevant district)
Experience certificates (if applicable)
Discharge certificate (DASB) for ex-servicemen
Service certificate or NOC (for serving employees in MES or other government departments)
11. Authority’s Right to Accept/Reject Applications:
The appointing authority has the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
12. Communication & Call Letters:
All communication will be made through the valid contact number provided by the applicant. Call letters for the test/interview will be uploaded on the official website (www.mes.gov.pk), and candidates must check it regularly.
13. Verification of Documents:
If any document or provided information is found to be fake or misleading, the candidature will be canceled. If fraud is detected after selection, disciplinary action or legal proceedings will be initiated.
14. Application Submission Deadline:
The last date for online application submission is 05 April 2025.
15. No TA/DA Policy:
No TA/DA will be given for appearing in the Test/Interview.
