Available Positions:

1. Wing Head – Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainable Development (VP / SVP)

   • Reporting To: Head – CSR & SD
   • Education: Minimum Graduation (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, CSR, Sustainable Development, or a related field
   • Experience: Minimum 10 years in CSR, Sustainable Development, or Corporate Banking
   • Responsibilities:
     • Develop and monitor CSR projects across various sectors
     • Establish networking with NGOs/charitable organizations
     • Manage CSR policies, proposals, and funding approvals
     • Improve strategy development for CSR initiatives
     • Ensure compliance with CSR policies and guidelines

2. Relationship Manager – Commercial & SME (OG-II / OG-I)

   • Reporting To: Regional Manager – CB & SME
   • Education: Minimum Graduation (Master’s preferred) or certifications like CFA / AIBP / JAIBP
   • Experience: Minimum 03 years in SME financing, Corporate Banking, or related fields
   • Responsibilities:
     • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the bank’s lending portfolio
     • Conduct credit analysis and propose financing solutions
     • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial services
     • Ensure compliance with banking regulations
     • Promote the bank’s financial products and risk management services
