Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Graduation (HEC recognized local or international institute). Master’s in Business or professional certifications like AIBP/JAIIB preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience.

• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (as on last date of application).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for Bank’s lending portfolio.

• Develop and execute client acquisition strategy.

• Promote Bank’s financing products including Working Capital, Trade Finance & Term Loans.

• Conduct financial analysis & assess creditworthiness of SME clients.

• Structure customized financing solutions.

• Prepare credit proposals as per policies & guidelines.

• Monitor client risks & ensure compliance.

• Achieve financial & non-financial business targets.

• Maintain strong client relationships & portfolio growth.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Credit Lending, SME Financing & Trade Finance.

• Good understanding of Banking Regulations & Market Dynamics.

• Timely processing of SME Loan applications.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office & databases.
