Available Positions & Salary Packages

• Director – Rs. 600,000/month – Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Public Administration, Disability Studies, or related – 12 years’ experience.

• Deputy Director (Implementation) – Rs. 400,000/month – Master’s in Public Policy, Social Work, Sociology, etc. – 5 years’ relevant experience.

• Deputy Director (Program) – Rs. 400,000/month – Master’s in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies – 5 years’ relevant experience.

• Deputy Director (Admin & Finance) – Rs. 400,000/month – Master’s in Project Management, Social Work – 5 years’ relevant experience.

• Assistant Director (Policy & Compliance) – Rs. 240,000/month – Bachelor’s in Law, Public Policy, or Social Sciences – 2 years’ relevant experience.

• Assistant Director (Research, Data & Evaluation) – Rs. 240,000/month – Bachelor’s in Sociology, Statistics – 2 years’ relevant experience.

• Assistant Director (Accessibility, Implementation, Monitoring & Fines) – Rs. 240,000/month – Bachelor’s in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related – 2 years’ experience.

• Assistant Director (Project & Rehabilitation Services) – Rs. 240,000/month – Bachelor’s in Project Management, Rehabilitation Sciences – 2 years’ experience.

• Assistant Director (Social Inclusion & Empowerment) – Rs. 240,000/month – Bachelor’s in Social Work, Development Studies, or related – 2 years’ experience.

• Assistant Director (Communication) – Rs. 240,000/month – Bachelor’s in Mass Communication or related – 2 years’ experience.
